  • Does this sound like you?
  • I am always worried about something!
  • I have problems letting go and just relaxing.
  • I overthink and over analyze!
  • I always feel this pressure in my head due to this anxiety!
  • I’m suffering from insomnia and headaches!
  • I’ve tried different things and nothing brings lasting relief.
  • I don’t know how to get out of this problem!

Well you are not alone!

The pace of most people’s lifestyle today is hectic. Stress is an accepted norm. However, when stress and anxiety begins to overtake and rule your life, the negative impact is far more significant! It’s no fun living day to day feeling pressurized, worrying, stressing about the past or feeling anxious about the future and not being able to enjoy your NOW MOMENTS.

The cost of living in constant worry hugely impacts not only your physical health but every area – your work productivity, relationships with loved ones, your parenting skills, your general attitude day to day and just the overall quality of your life! Accomplishing simple tasks then can feel frustrating, exhausting and draining!

Most people feel they are stuck because they have tried (they think) everything and now there is no way out! Truth is, more often than not, there is a way out, but they are not aware of it!

What if it’s simply a matter of becoming aware that possibly your efforts to help yourself are misdirected? What if the solution is not in the medications, the anti-depressant pills, the sleeping pills etc. or anything out there, but instead in the ROOT ISSUES WITHIN!

So what are those ROOTS?

It’s the quality of your EMOTIONAL ENVIRONMENT, the health of that EMOTIONAL SOIL in which everything is growing! Your INNER EMOTIONAL ENVIRONMENT directly impacts your OUTER PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT!

Each of us carries an emotional baggage right from our childhood days! Whether it was the experience of the divorce of parents, or feeling unloved, not being able to voice our true feelings for fear of being judged, feeling less, being compared etc. we all have, to some degree or another, harbored feelings of anger, frustrations, guilt, shame, sadness, helplessness, resentments, overwhelm, fear etc. And with the fast paced life, we encounter all kinds of daily challenges, too, that only add to the old baggage! Yet we try to move forward carrying (unconsciously) this invisible load in our invisible backpack into our every day and every moment!

How much can our system take?

When you find yourself STUCK in the WORRY-ANXIETY CYCLE, your system is giving you feedback! It’s telling you “YOUR EMOTIONAL BACKPACK IS NOW ON OVERLOAD! Your body is trying to alert you that YOU NEED TO OFFLOAD THE EXCESS BAGGAGE!”

Since most of the world has NOT been taught to regularly SPRINGCLEAN the EMOTIONAL SPACE WITHIN, we ignorantly keep moving forward for decades with all the layers of all kinds of EMOTIONAL COBWEBS!

How do we RELEASE the EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE? How can we begin to break free from this worry-anxiety cycle?

Here are some simple self-help ways to release some of the pent up feelings:

  1. Write it outTake it out of your mind and put it on to a piece of paper. Think of KEY EMOTIONALLY UPSETTING INCIDENTS in your life that when you think about them still upset you? Be honest to yourself. Don’t say it doesn’t bother you anymore, if it didn’t, you would be stuck in this cycle! Write those incidents out. Allowing yourself a chance to RECOGNIZE, FEEL and RELEASE these old emotional stored feelings. You cannot trash out what you cannot see! So write it out so you can see what’s circling in your mind! And then trash it out!
  2. Meditation – taking time to get quiet each day will calm down your overloaded nervous system! This will be of immense overall benefit to your mind, body and spirit.
  3. Physical Exercise – MOVEMENT is wonderful to get rid off STUCK ENERGY energy. Engage is some physical activity daily -dancing, walking, jogging, swimming etc. Not only will you feel lighter but sleep better!
  4. Breathing Exercises  Simple breathing exercises can help you restore your system. Breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulates your nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness.
  5. Emotional Freedom Techniques – is my all time number 1 tool for instant stress relief! By tapping with your fingers on key acupuncture points as you tune in to what’s bothering you, you are able to release the emotional disturbance from its roots quickly. Practicing this regularly will help you experience more peace and calm daily and feel more focused and productive!
  6. Get Expert Guidance Don’t give up! Invest in getting help!

If you find that you are not making any movement forward after trying different things, or feeling lost on how to go about it all, get expert guidance. An expert can easily see the ‘blind spots’ that you are missing and guide you on the right track to breaking free!

Your ‘symptoms’ are a way your body communicates with you. It lets you know that something WITHIN needs attention. You may try to shut out that message with medications and pills and other therapies. But if you fail to GO WITHIN to understand the deeper message your body is trying to communicate, you will keep yourself from experiencing lasting relief!

Sometimes breaking free from your stuck situation is simply about TUNING INWARD. When the inner environment is at peace, the outer will reflect that simultaneously!
