Hello,

Teleseminar Graduate Degree |
Over the years the one thing I have come to master is listening deeply to my heart. The inner nudges as I call it. That gut feeling. I believe the soft whisper deep within your heart is the voice of God guiding you and leading you on. Once you begin to learn to listen deeply, it guides you every step of the way...literally everyday!
So following another one of those nudges, I decided to do a Teleseminar last month. My very first! Honestly, it was w..a..y out of my comfort zone, all the new learning to do, preparing and finally delivering. The journey was exciting, productive, mentally exhausting and sometimes downright scary. At times I wondered why did I agree to do it, I was doing just fine without it, so why put myself through all this discomfort?
Truth is I simply could not deny the strong nudges to do it. It hurt more to ignore it than to do it. Also, the timely watching of the movie "The CROODS" with my kids just last month was an awesome reminder to stop hiding and staying in my "cave" and instead be out there venturing into the exciting unknown! So on I went, overcoming all fears and blocks and it all did work out smoothly, easily and gracefully! After it was all done, I was thrilled and decided to give myself a degree... a "teleseminar graduate degree"!
So are you following your inner nudges? I do hope so. Your inner nudges are your built in guidance system steering you toward the best version of you!
Keep tapping to quiet down the inner noise, and you will be able to clearly hear those inner nudges and follow them easily and confidently!
To your success!

Ask for help! It's not such a bad thing!
Hi,
Sometimes, in our effort to be self reliant and self sufficient, we want to figure out everything by ourselves. Even when we try different things and not get the results we want, we somehow keep at it and feel like we'll figure it out somehow.
I've been there too. 3 years ago, I had a thriving practice as an EFT practitioner and everything was wonderful, lots of clients flowing in everyday and life was going very well and I felt blessed and grateful. Yet there was a part of me that felt like I had hit a ceiling- a ceiling of growth. I wanted to serve people without getting exhausted myself and without having to short cut family time or "me time" and earning a good income too. But with all my knowledge and skills, I just couldn't figure out how I could get there.
Until one day, tuned in to a webinar, I heard the speaker share information that tugged so deeply in my heart and I knew why I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I knew right there and then-I needed help!
I could visualize myself on a vast ocean rowing my row boat, slowly and steadily. And now suddenly, as if in answer to my prayers, here was this speedboat that knew exactly how to get to where I wanted to go a whole lot faster and with much more ease. Knowing fully well there are no coincidences in life, and following that tug in my heart, I invested in getting that expert guidance. Within a few months, I had achieved the results I was seeking and a whole lot more!
While it is great to be self sufficient, self reliant, some problems with the ‘go it alone' plan can be:
- you slow yourself way way way down. So instead of getting the results say in a years time, it might take double or triple the time...maybe more.
- Also, sometimes you just don't have access to all the knowledge and tools that are necessary to get you out of ‘the gap' you find yourself in. And you need someone to teach you so you can learn the new skills, new tools to get to where you want to be.
Some tips to bridge the gap:
- Firstly, recognize you need help. That you have been trying to figure it out for a while and you are not getting the results you want. That you are ‘in the gap'!
- Decide what is your "gap"- in which area do you feel like you need most support- health, relationships, work, money, hobby, talent etc.. (Don't feel guilt or shame admitting it to yourself. We need to stop playing the "everything is ok" game and be honest with ourselves. After all we have to live our life, not others!!)
- Start looking for the different support systems that are out there. These days there is a variety of different options available that you get to pick and choose from. Ask around, google!
- See which one really tugs at you? Do you FEEL good, positive, hopeful as you think of reaching out to this particular support system/ expert guidance? ( even though you do not fully understand EXACTLY all the details there are to be understood!!). The FEELING GOOD is a key indicator...the inner nudge, that gut feeling that's giving a YES! signal. If you do, then go with that option.
If after all the search, you still want to do it all by yourself, it's ok. Everyone is different. At least you are now making a very conscious decision, taking all the positives and negatives into account.
As a society we have been ingrained with the concept of ‘giving'. It feels virtuous and noble. So somehow we feel quite uncomfortable being in a place of ‘asking'for help. But just like its okay for a parent or a teacher to admit to a child "I don't know", it's ok for us as adults, executives, experts, coaches, professionals, mothers etc. to ask for help too.
I believe it is a KEY factor for our continuous growth and development and creating the life we truly desire and deserve!

"I suffered from anxiety disorder for 15 years...something that affected my business traveling and sometimes jeopardized my career. I tried EFT with Shalini with a lot of skepticism at first, but it worked! I was surprised at how amazingly calm I became while traveling underground on the MRT or taking the lifts to the 30th floor, when in the past, these issues were giving me a LOT of stress, fear, and stomach tensions. It is amazingly simple and easy to do...and it works! Thanks Shalini!"

Following EFT's Personal Peace Procedure, she worked on "letting go" of all the old hurts, angers and pain. Practicing EFT for about an hour or two everyday for almost a month, she not only freed herself completely from every single pain in her body, but discovered a deep passion to empower others to help themselves using EFT.
Shalini is now focused on working long term with a small group of clients who are tired of feeling "stuck" in their situation and are "ready" and "committed" to bringing in BIG SHIFTS that they seek in their lives. |
