Millions of people around the world struggle with Chronic Pain. 12 years ago I was confined to bed-rest indefinitely because of chronic pain. After many months of medications, pills, physiotherapy, ultra sound therapy, hot packs, cold packs and a ton of other things, nothing worked for me. I was wondering how it could be that after trying everything out there, I was still in so much pain! If you are in a similar position, keep reading! Like you, I too didn’t know that ALL my efforts in trying to heal my chronic pain had been MISDIRECTED. Once I shifted my focus, I saw progress, I felt lighter and completely healed the pain for good! The 4 COMMON MISTAKES that keep people stuck in chronic pain are:- Mistake #1: Pain is the enemy Truth is Chronic Pain is NOT an enemy. Mistake #2: Trying the Same Treatments Mistake # 3: Focusing ONLY on the Physical Pain And we are blissfully unaware that the body is not a separate entity. And that the mind, the thoughts, the feelings have no connection with what is going on in the body. Truth is we are TRIUNE beings. Mind body spirit. So we need to be aware of any emotional, mental, spiritual stress or pain in our lives. Our thoughts and feelings impact our physical body. And our Chronic Pain has a LOT to do with our Emotional Mental, Spiritual Pain. Mistake # 4: Thinking 'I've tried EVERYTHING!' When you have been in pain for a while, and tried many different things, and its not been working, you get tired, frustrated. You think you’ve tried everything. And nothings worked. So now you are stuck. And maybe you want to give up! Truth is there are many more tools out there that you are unaware of. In this modern world, and the access we have via the internet, the choices are unlimited really! So don’t give up. Keep an open mind and keep trying different things! Here is a quick EFT Tapping video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwrIblvHzx0 If you have been struggling for a long while and need some 1-1 guidance, you can click here: http://eftthailand.com/assessment/ and qualify for a COMPLIMENTARY 1-1 Breakthrough Session with me. After being 12 years on this journey and working with thousands of clients, I can tell you that your Chronic Pain is not so much about what's going on with you PHYSICALLY but MORE ABOUT what's going on INSIDE of you- emotionally, mentally, spiritually. (Yes, even if you had an accident or a surgery and you feel that yours is a completely 'structural' 'physical' pain!). If you are NOT getting the relief you want with what you are trying… then even more so it's time to pay attention inward! If you keep ignoring your emotional, mental, spiritual pain, it's difficult to achieve the lasting relief you may be looking for. Image Copyright: 123RF Stock Photo | Kevin Carden |

"Shalini’s warmth and compassion has helped me to open up and share with her my other fears, anxieties, and feelings of guilt. Together, we went as far back as my childhood to untangle all the emotional issues I've kept bottled up inside. Yes, even the ones I thought I've "moved on" from and "made peace" with. Now, all the physical aches and pains -that had been coming and going- are all gone! I thank my friend who introduced me to Shalini, because I have been given a beautiful gift." Dharini Divari
