Well you are not alone! And I want to help you solve the mysterious “pain puzzle!”

After over a decade on this journey, Physical Pain is no longer a “puzzle” for me.

Whether the pain is a “nagging”, “humming” pain in the background, or a pain from the surgery, accident or any other kind.

So I want to share with you information that will help you get a better understanding and more clarity about your PAIN:

  • You are mind-body-spirit
    That means you are a Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual Being.
    That means that what happens to you emotionally, mentally, spiritually impacts you physically and vice versa.
  • The “Constant Nagging Physical Pain” is a SIGNAL, A MESSAGE from your body to you! And it’s not simply a message about where you are physically hurting. More so, it’s a signal letting you know that something WITHIN is off balance. That you need to pay attention INWARD.
  • The Reason the Pain is Increasing or not going away? Is because your efforts to heal it are mis-directed! You are trying to address only the PHYSICAL pain  (with medications, physiotherapy, yoga exercises, etc.) but you need to also address the EMOTIONAL PAIN – the current stresses, past hurts, angers, guilt etc.

When you fail to address to ROOT, UNDERLYING factors, the pain within keeps adding up and over time, no matter what “strategies” you apply to get rid of the physical pain, it doesn’t go away…and keeps increasing or keeps “nagging” you in the background. It’s “nagging” you to get your attention!

It’s trying to ask you to address the Emotional Stresses that you have been ignoring!

WHAT YOU TOLERATE CONSCIOUSLY or UNCONSCIOUSLY ONLY MULTIPLIES OVER TIME!

And over time, the stored stress, tensions, angers, emotional upsets add up. They burden and overwhelm your body and its systems, deplete your immunity and create bigger PAIN and DIS-EASE(s)!

So what can you do?

Some actions you can take to begin to feel relief from pain:

  • Address the Pain Within What are those current stressful issues that have been making you feel overwhelmed, angry, frustrated? Become Aware and find a way to let them go!
  • Address the Past PainIf you’ve had the pain for more than a few months, years, there are old hurts, old painful unresolved experiences memories feelings that need to be addressed. Bottled emotions, created blocks in your energetic flow, leading to pain and dis-ease!
  • Ask yourself – what is living with this pain costing me? what am I avoiding looking at that needs attention-work stress? Relationship stress? Financial stress? Marriage?   How long am I willing to tolerate this before I take action? Am I ready to make a commitment to myself being free of this pain?
  • Ask for help if you feel overwhelmed at the thought of dealing with the emotional stresses, or don’t know how to proceed, get expert help!  Simply talking with friends, family, etc. is not enough I believe. I know of people who have been stuck in pain for decades, and they have friends and family support. But unless the family and friends are experts in Pain Relief, it’s hard to make significant progress and get lasting relief.
